Two decades of practice. Built before “data” was a buzzword.

Almost two decades ago, our founders began travelling the world delivering data-driven business solutions to large enterprises. As the market’s appetite for data grew, so did their expertise — built the hard way, on real systems, for real operators.

They pulled ahead of the curve, able to anticipate shifts in the evolving data landscape before the rest of the market caught up. That foresight shaped how they built the team: analysts focused on delivering real value through data, not the latest acronym. While others chased buzzwords, they nurtured future leaders.

Eventually they outgrew their parent organisation and chose to chart their own course. Convergent Business Technologies is that course — the same founding team, the same conviction, operating on our own terms.

We don't hand the work back over the wall and walk away. The team that scopes the problem is on the hook when it's in production — that's the only model we've found that keeps the numbers moving.

The people you meet in discovery are the people who ship. No bench swaps after the SOW is signed, no juniors parachuted in mid-project to protect margin.

Our own pipeline

We don't offshore. Our talent comes through CGAP — a 9-month learning-and-grooming program that trains graduates on real client work from month two. The result is a bench that already knows how we deliver.

Our bench is built deliberately — a direct continuation of the founders’ instinct to nurture future leaders rather than chase buzzwords. The Convergent Graduate Academy Program — nine months of structured learning, senior mentorship, and real client engagement — funnels the engineers and analysts who deliver for our clients. No offshoring, no contractor swaps, no surprise juniors.

Cohorts run through fundamentals, a specialisation track (engineering, analytics, or applied AI), a live client project, and a named placement. By the time a graduate is on your engagement, they already know how we deliver.
